Exchange Policy

At Face Masks, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. That’s why we offer an exchange policy valid for 15 days from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  1. The item must be unused and in original condition
  2. All labels and tags must be attached as received

Important Notes

  1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, Face Masks will cover the return shipping cost.
  2. For all other exchanges, a $24.99 shipping fee will apply.
  3. Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@facemasksco.com (replace with your actual customer service email), and include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. The product(s) you wish to exchange
